Coleslaw
If I am making coleslaw from scratch (or at least mostly scratch), it's for a special occasion. A family gathering or a pot luck. Otherwise it's the store bought coleslaw, quick and easy. Then again, this recipe is pretty quick and pretty easy. Albert could do this one by himself if I could trust him in the kitchen alone. The original recipe can be found here. We doubled all ingredients in expectation of a larger group at the dinner table.
