Choosing to retire in southern New Mexico was an easy decision, especially given the fact that Judy and I were already huge fans of the Mexican cuisine, as evident by the heavy presence of Mexican main dishes. And I remind myself often that moving anywhere else would have meant not having Albert in our lives, which is a loss I cannot fathom.
