Albert and I tend to be minimalist when it comes to meal planning and we typically prefer recipes with eight ingredients or less. We also lean towards a Keto or LCHF (low carb, high fat) lifestyle though admittedly we are not as strict as the purist suggest. It has, after all, been hard to give up chocolate, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, pizza and a few other "essential" carbs.
The recipes showcased on this website are truly a mixed bag. Some are family favorites (some from my family and some from Albert's), some are Internet favorites that we have tweaked (some a little, some a lot), and others are experiments for which final conclusions have not yet been drawn. Check back from time to time as this area is a work in progress.
