Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos
Intro and Overview…
Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos is an easy-to-make meal that’s sure to please. One of our go-to meals whenever we have family or friends over for dinner.
Stuff You Need…
- 2 Cups Chicken, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1 15-oz. can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 2.25-oz. can Black Olives, sliced
- 12 oz. Mexican or Fiesta Blend Cheese, shredded
- 1 small Roma Tomato, diced
- 1 16-oz. bag Tortilla Chips
- Toppings (optional): Sour Cream, Guacamole, Green Onions, Jalapeno Pepper Slices
And Then…
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large skillet over med. heat, add the chicken, black beans, and salsa. Stir until well blended and heated through.
Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Top with chicken and bean mixture, Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and chips are just beginning to brown.
Garnish with black olives, roma tomato, and toppings of your choice.
